'Royal Retreat Hotel' at edge of Red Hook



The Art Lot at the corner of Columbia and Sackett is now boarded up, looking as though a hotel is going up.

The Royal Retreat Hotel will be build in the area of Red Hook in vicinity of the Brooklyn Cruise Ship Terminal. 15 story luxury hotel is a perfect place to spend a memorable comfortable night right before or after your journey. Hotel guests may be transported directly to their cruise ship by means of a beautiful Air Yacht parked on the roof.

The ground breaking ceremony takes place this Saturday at 4 p.m.
