A WHOLE LOTTA KNIVES
You know, it's actually been awhile since I've heard someone say this is the safest time to fly. But if they do, I can point them to today's AP story about O'Hare Airport that features this sentence: "Seven other knives, a stun gun and a can of mace were not noticed by the workers when (the man's) bag went through an X-ray machine, according to Chicago Department of Aviation spokeswoman Monique Bond." There were actually repercussions this time; seven security workers were fired.
